Soup:
1 cloves

garlic crushed

1/2 measuring cup

onion chopped

measuring cup

chicken broth or water

368 gram

tomato sauce

2 tablespoon

stalks green onion chopped

Filling:
0.5500 pound ground pork
1 medium carrots chopped
egg
2 tablespoon stems kinchay chopped
3 medium shrimps chopped
Main Ingredient
1 pack (100 pcs.) 3" x 3" wanton wrappers
Soup:
1 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 measuring cup onion chopped
measuring cup chicken broth or water
368 gram tomato sauce
2 tablespoon stalks green onion chopped
Pancit Molo Recipe Method

Procedure: Mix well all ingredients for filling. All 1 - ¼ tsp rock salt and 1 tsp. Pepper. Wrap one teaspoon of filling in a wanton wrapper. Seal edges with water. Do the same for the rest of the filling. Tear remaining wrappers, if any, into strips. Set aside.

Saute garlic and onions in 2 tbsp. Oil. Pour in chicken broth or water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar according to taste. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and stuffed wanton. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce, shrimps and wanton wrapper strips, if any. Simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions on top just before serving.
