low fat marinara sauce

0.4500 kilogram ground turkey
1-1/2 measuring cup (chopped) onion
16 ounce fat free cottage cheese
1/4 measuring cup egg substitue
1/4 measuring cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
10 ounce spinach (chopped)
8 lasgna noodles (cooked)
8 ounce part skim mozzarella cheese shredded
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
26 ounce low fat marinara sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oilve oil
Low Fat Turkey Lasgna Recipe Method

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cottage cheese, egg substitue, parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, and spinach.

Heat oil in pan, and cook the turkey, onion, and garlic until the turkey is cooked and crumbled.

Add in 5 cups of marinara sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Spread remaining marinara sauce in a baking dish, and arange 4 lasgna noodles over top.

Spread cottage cheese mixture over top with half of the mozzarella cheese, then spread half of the turkey mixture on top of the mozzarella cheese.

Place the other 4 lasgna noodles over the turkey mixture then top off with the remaining turkey mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
