In our storeroom, we use a step-ladder to get items from the top shelf. But it’s always in the way, and after banging my shin on it for the umpteenth time, I asked the staff to please keep it somewhere safe.The next day, I found the ladder neatly collapsed and placed where it couldn’t hurt anyone: on the top shelf.
